You might be thinking “oh this won’t work for me,” which usually means “I don’t think I’m worth it.” This is usually connected to the limiting beliefs, perfectionism, isolation, and shadows of our unconscious minds that have kept us in a state of fear and insecurity throughout our lives. The big difference here though is that this is not another traditional therapy intervention.
The difference here is that this is a holistic approach to self empowerment that addresses the root causes of what’s holding you back.
